Recovery Discussions is a supportive group program where participants come together to talk openly about their recovery journey in a safe and respectful environment.

These sessions are guided by experienced facilitators and peer support workers who understand the challenges of living with mental health conditions. The focus is on shared experience, practical insights, and building confidence in recovery.

Participants are encouraged to speak openly, listen to others, and learn new ways to navigate the ups and downs that can come with mental health recovery.


What to Expect

Recovery Discussions provide a relaxed and welcoming space where participants can:

Participation is always voluntary, and individuals are welcome to simply listen if they prefer.

Recovery Discussions are open to individuals connected with Sunflower House who are looking for:

  • A supportive place to talk about recovery

  • Encouragement and practical ideas for moving forward

No previous experience with group programs is required.
