About Us

Sunflower House Inc is established to be a charity whose purpose is to:

• Advance health and social welfare; and

• Provide benevolent relief

for people with mental illness within the city of Wagga Wagga and surrounds by undertaking the following activities:

• Provision of a community mental health service;

• Offering a psychosocial program designed to empower and support participants with their individual recovery;

Our ancillary aims are to:

• Promote awareness of the rights of people who experience mental health problems and to support their access to work, community and social participation; and

• Collaborate with and complement other services in the sector including mental health, community services, disability employment services and housing services.
